1st 2007- The embodiment of a vision
transformed into action, Deaton and Company was formed
to provide Innovative Marketing, Professional
Representation, and Highly Personalized Client
Experiences. The result speaks volumes. Launched on the
brink of the worst market downturn in decades, Deaton
and Company has achieved rare success during a time when
many are fleeing the industry. We are extremely thankful
to our many clients and friends who have had faith in us
this past year.
We love what we do and it shows
We have brought together dozens of Buyers and Sellers
during the past 12 months and our listings and sales
volume have more than doubled. During October 2008,
Deaton and Company closed more than $2 Million in sales
and placed more than $2.3 Million under contract. Our
share continues to grow in a market that sees Realtors
fleeing, brokerages closing their doors, and the market
sales volume far below recent years.

EFFICIENCY
The Deaton and Company model works because the focus is
on responding to our client's needs, not on feeding the
overhead monster. This approach allows everyone to relax
and enjoy doing business together.

All those letters after a Broker's name indicate a high

CRS, GRI and ABR Designations will simply conduct
business at a higher level than a part time Sales Agent,

right where Deaton and Company is focused. Our

highly creative local artists/marketing professionals
