My focus when designing my business was to keep it small. Why: The reason for keeping it intimate So that I could do what I love, cook. In the place that I love, Bigfork. For the people I love, my friends, family and community that supports me and my dreams. By staying small I can keep focused on the quality of the product that I give my customers, rather than quantity. This makes me feel good about what I’m doing and it keeps my customers happy. For me that is what it’s all about. |
